Digiscoping

Digiscoping is simply attaching your digital camera to a high powered birding or spotting scope. While it sounds simple enough there are many, many things to consider! There are so many digital cameras on the market that it can be difficult to find the right scope to fit your specific model or brand of camera.

If you are like me then you most likely already own a digital camera. So you will need to match a scope to your camera.  The scopes can be very expensive! Here is a list of the Major Scope manufacturers.
