White Ibis Sighted

The White Ibis is pretty easy to identify and distinguish from other wading birds.

Ibis have a slight curve to their beak where the other wading birds do not. They are solid white except for the tips and underside of their wings, which are black. They are very common throughout Florida and are usually found in large flocks. They forage in shallow pools and mud flats during the day. They fly to communal roosts for sleeping at night.
